Darren has been with Harding+ for over 25 years and plays a key role in the challenging but rewarding 'retail refits', design collaborations for new ships, and elevating onboard retail overall. He began his career with the visual display team in Harrods while studying for his degree. At 21, he moved to Miami, where he first encountered Cruise Retail, working as Retail Manager on some of the World’s most luxury cruise ships.
